There is a time to eat healthy. And there’s a time to throw caution into the wind, and enjoy something that tastes really good, even if its not that good for you. As I like to say, “Bad for the body, good for the soul!” In that spirit, the family and I headed to The Blazer in Purdys on Wednesday. I hadn’t been there in about 12 years. Bottom line? The burger was even better than I remember. The wings were excellent. The atmosphere was very cool. It’s not a big chain restaurant – its a local legend.
