On our trip to Guilford, NY (see related page here) we stayed in Norwich. Norwich has a quaint downtown area with some really nice old buildings, including an old movie theater and the Chenango County Courthouse. Sadly, many of the buildings were vacant as of June 2012, a plight many downtowns in America are experiencing. There is an classic car museum, a few parks, and some very pretty cemteries. We didn’t spend alot of time in Norwich, because our focus was on Guilford, but we will be back some day.
